Garden Project

Stage One

On Wednesday 21 January 2009 McLandscapes began work on the front garden.

The front garden is now finished and ready for use!!!!!!

We hope everyone is pleased with the result and look forward to the children and families enjoying the space for years to come.

Some detailed information for you:

There is a dripper irrigation system installed which has been connected to our existing control panel. This will be operated on an automatic timer. We have applied for a water exemption with City West Water to water every day for at least 3 months to properly establish all of our new plants.

We are still hoping to install a slimline rainwater tank in the front garden but are still waiting for Council and Heritage approval for this.

You will notice that there is low fencing to protect the front section of garden in the entry way and we would ask parents to try and keep their children out of that area.

The concrete section in front of the shed can be used for bike parking and we will soon be installing a sign to that effect.

We are now turning our attention to the main yard and will keep you informed of this process.
